Taking Some Power Out of Nunu's Snowball

With a ~54% overall win rate, Nunu's in need of some nerfs.

While his snowball mechanic is cool, it's essentially a better Sion ult - as a base skill. The combination of movement speed, slow immunity, and how easy it is to maneuver makes it a much too effective ganking tool early in the game. Especially as an immobile champ, there is essentially zero counterplay to dodging it. The hitbox is huge - you get zero vision of it until Nunu himself leaves a bush - and even if you do manage to dodge it, if it hits a wall next to you the skill's so forgiving you still get hit.

Something's gotta go. I'd suggest the maneuverability, forcing Nunu to either come from a straightaway or the river.
