please stop writing short stories in ability tooltips
please
i don't want a billion extraneous adjectives and adverbs and unnecessary nouns. just tell me what the ability does, and give me full numbers.

Get a thesaurus then.
"too many extra words" =/= "i don't understand what this means"
there's too much useless information lying around the tooltips. tooltips should be concise and convey as much hard data as possible in the smallest possible space. they are not the place for trying to paint narratives or to stir the imagination.
It's what Riot wants in the tooltips tbh and it does bring story (as well as understanding to the means of power that each ability holds)
It would be boring to review your abilities (while you're focusing on numbers, someone new to a champion might rely on those narratives to explain what it is actually doing)
never thought i'd see the day that someone argued "extraneous descriptors provide valuable information in a tooltip"
Never thought I'd see the day that someone was so hypocritical that they used the phrase "billion extraneous adjectives and adverbs and unnecessary nouns" when describing the **unnecessary ** narrative stylized tooltips.
you don't seem to understand the concept of context. it doesn't matter what i write in a forum thread. it does matter what's written in a tooltip
need for word efficiency in one place =/= need for word efficiency everywhere
