remove the cap on ghouls

Since they take so much set-up, this would be reasonable.

Horrible idea. If he has 4 ghouls up and hits you with his E, you will lose about 1/3 of your health bar. If his ult is up, you get swarmed by enough ghouls to actually kill you if he hits his E.
