seriously riot, bravo. only thing missing is true dmg, but who cares? she is a mixed dmg attacker so its going to be hard to build defenses versus her anyway! lets go thru the check list that she does have that every ADC wants.

Range: check Movespeed: check Missing HP dmg: check Attack speed: check Multi hit passive that does increased dmg on last hit: check Shit tons of burst dmg abilities despite being a sustained dmg champ: check Shield: Check and double check Gap closer: check invisibility: check True dmg: not this time!

you dont need numbers to figure out that a kit is overloaded kiddo. also if you watch the vid she 3 shot a jhin that was at 90% hp (literally would have been a 2 shot if he didnt heal). she was also one level BELOW him.

You do realize correctly played adcs often do have lower levels than poorly played ones. Minions give more XP than kills/assists do. A roaming, team playing adc will have a lower level. Jhin was probably auto farming.

And..... what adc doesn't 3 hit another adc? Sorry to tell you this, but that's a pandemic.

From what i can tell, her kit doesn't exactly look like it spikes a ton of in kit damage. The damage is mostly itemization (Only gains her secondary passives if bonus AD is beyond a certain cap, or if AS is beyond a certain cap. If those caps are say...... 300 AD or 200% AS..... That's going to be extremely prohibitive to people's ability to use her built in passives. She'll have to choose: Do I want more damage, or invisibility? Means unlike most adcs, she won't be built the same way every game. Some games she will build like Vayne. Some games she will build like Yi.
