A buff suggestion for Fiddlesticks.

What if his E (Dark Wind) did damage on a small AoE on each bounce? This would allow him to have waveclear, partially solving his problems on jungle and allowing him to be (more) viable at mid lane. The base damage would probably have to be increased to allow him to waveclear properly, though. It is very unlikely that enemy champion will be hit more than one time by it anyway, so increasing the base damage wouldn't make his harass a lot more potent (but would still buff it).
