I think Mallet and Rylais should be removed.

Any champ that can use the said items automaticly becomes broken/overpowered/extremenly obnoxious...

Honnorable mentions

Mallet : + pretty much every adc.

Pre nerf Rylais : every single mage.

Current Rylais: pretty much all mages again altho MUCH weaker but still a horribly made item.

I know some champs like Aurelion and Morde need it to function but i dont think we should maintain their retarded passives for everyone else just for 2 champs... You can compensate the said champs who get hard hit by the removal of said items which is pretty much Morde only but Morde is a trash champion overall..(Sorry MM still love you buddy). The items are toxic by their nature permaslow should not EVER be a thing.

All I really lose with mallet is more usefulness from my passive.

those where just mentions that used to abuse the said item and were nerfed for it and various other reasons. Mallet Yas was pretty much as obnoxious as Mallet Gnar and he got nerfed and the item aswell got nerfed. Anyone who can utilise this item becomes incredibly annoying to deal with and with no proper counterplay since they only need to AA to maintain the slow.

Mallet on yi is pretty core imo.. dunno about atm but it sure as fuck used to be core. Graves picks it up as off late and i've eve tarzaned use it. Voli used to get it a while ago

Mallet isn't core on Yi. He's already running down Usain Bolt himself with that speed. He doesn't need slows.

Volibear can stand to build it since it synergizes with his W so well, and Graves could build it if he needs to be a bit beefier.

Don't remove Mallet yet. All tank items are getting nerfed and all tank class champs are getting buffed. Wait till the MYTU because we're going to need high HP options where we used to use HP/Resistance options.

Rylai's is fine as a utility ap item.

Heck! I've built 5th/6th item Rylais on AD/Crit Garen . Who would even?!

meanwhile can we remove life steal while were at it because if you wanna survive longer build tanky. And can we remove tank items because my damage shouldnt be cut. Oh and can we remove every champ besides yorick they all have higher play rates so they most be op.
