Tried playing Akali after nerfs
I feel the nerfs hit her way too hard.
Laning Phase You kinda throw away a-lot of CS, and are easily zoned. Very hard to CS with her now, even when your Q is maxed. I call Akali a bait champ now, kind of like when people say don't chase singed, except you're Akali so..
Teamfights She kinda needs Electrocute (to peel), I could see Dark Harvest killsteal Akali kind of be a thing, but then that really doesn't offer much to your team compared to other champs that run Dark Harvest better. And your laning phase is pretty awful so Electrocute is a must have in this situation (Just so your Jungler can get fed off your lane baiting tactics).
I'm very very easily zoned, but against a fed Zed I can still make him burn Ult and escape (easily). But into Veigar or other strong control mages you literally can't lane (you have to accept the fact that your tower will go down before theirs).

easily favors Zed, you can't even CS without being poked down, and you can't poke back vs Zed. Every fight you are half health lol
free win for Liss, superior wave clear + damage + CC and she could hands down beat you with Tele/flash with no need of Ignite.

again, very rough laning phase, could see Akali killing a Syndra that's a non-main

I don't like the idea of Akali top, she just doesn't fit here and really needs level advantage from mid (if she can CS ..)

I don't think you can break his shield, like ever

Possible fixes I don't see why melee champs are always hit with wave-clearing nerfs, Akali would be in a better spot if she could last hit better. Q bonus damage to minions should just always be there.

I remember when they nerf'd Zed hard, but wouldn't have mind if they just simply made his laning phase better he would be in a fair spot. With the straight up damage buffs I see him being banned again... then nerfed again. Literally starting back at square one lol.
