Ideas for Vayne... AKA Please update Vayne :D

Her kit feels old and I know it takes hard dedication to play her well but leave some room for fun for newer people so they don't get flamed in game. IKIK your gonna say play bots or practice mode but when the enemy team slams their cc on u theres really nothing u can do (all dive/stun comps) her q should have a invincibility frames or something like dark souls to get that feel of 0.15 or something of invincibility or untargetable frames that game gave players (the sense of reward of avoiding dmg due to reaction time and repositioning) her w silver bolts is actually pretty cool but they could use a active in it to make it a skill button example its like yis wuju style active when on cd she loses that ability and active dmg for x amount of time. Her e ill admit is the ultimate screw you attack (literally called condemn) I cant think of how to improve it. her ultimate could use a auto attack champion priority feature if u got low fps or something vayne targets the closest/lowest champ based on all resists and hp/distance nvr the less its a cool and fitting ult. at least rework her so that she isn't challenger only tier (thats a example not really fact don't flame that) but fun to use for all even the new players. Btw I respect mains for the dedication of the endurance to being on the path of perfection of 1v5ing to great success. so yes in conclusion some upgrades to improve fun for newer players and improves her as a whole in a modern sense. if theres ideas that could improve her (not involving breaking her kit just some tweaks to improve fun) I would like to hear it riot please share your idea 2ndly (off topic) riot could release or rework a champ to attack mana or energy resource champs using their mana pool as their dmg boost output something like destroy x amount of mana for x amount of dmg or something, thats something they haven't done yet.
