in my opinion they should remove his ability to use w on wards and give the shield only to allied champions

He has significant nerfs to his ult on the PBE right now.

I don't play Lee, but I get the impression that the flat damage on his ult isn't what makes him busted (although it clearly contributes).

Whenever I play glass-cannon Lee, I can miss all my abilities and still ult the carry as a last resort to secure the kill. I find it absurd that he gets 600 base AD on his ult, and then 200% AD scaling on top of that.
