@Riot Sooooooo, will Karthus be given ANY changes?

Yes, I know it's early in the Preseason PBE Changes, but I was reading the most recent one that has a bunch of Mana Changes. and I notice that Karthus hasn't been included in the changes. I'm just gonna ask if Riot is gonna give Karthus any sort of compensation for anything? Because otherwise I'm convinced Riot HATES Karthus. Yes I know he just gotten a good bit of Lore Change for the Harrowing, but otherwise, every single new main champ/rework has been something that just completely screws over karthus's ult or something like that.

I mean, some people might think that Karthus's ult may be broken, (hence why he was banned alongside Teemo in OFA) but there's a REASON his playrate is $1.27, which just below Mid Gangplank. And the Kicker is, the only time Karthus has even been looked at, is when he got a chroma a couple months ago, and a couple minor bugfixes. (Please keep in mind that there are still a couple of bugs I feel could use addressing, but that's beside the point) I'd like to see a skin, or a buff or SOMETHING. I feel that Riot has some personal vendetta against him or something. What he take someone's dog? I dunno, just give the man a mana buff or something or give him a skin, or SOMETHING LOL.

I'm just saying, Karthus really need some help being more popular. I mean not like the school Quarterback like that, maybe the one kid who while not a lot of people knows, just the people who DO know him find him rather intriguing and interesting and a guy not to be messed with.
