Is evelynn good and what kind of build is optimal

Eve is a fun champion as long as you can start popping off and run with that lead. I fully understand she takes a bit of skill and is not forgiving at all. You need to get a good start. I'm actually excited for the evening rework. Her new passive is going to be like a tahlyah passive. She is invisable while near a wall. I want to see her as more of a full on oneshot stealthy assasin. Anyways I tried tank Eve and I got more kills than ap Eve but in the AP Eve game, I did alot more damage and chuncked people. I had a 68% kill participation with a 4.0 kda while going 8/7/20. Also I heard tank Eve is annoying af. Some say she falls off and gets outscaled. I'm not sure if that's the case. Is Eve good and what build do I go. Do I go for an ad of-tank diver or do I go for an ap assasin.

Ideally I've found the best results in building her like juggernaut or diver. AP or AD juggernaut, it only sorta matters. With her ultimate shield, when she gets defensive stats, she just becomes a nuisance to even kill. A Sheen-based upgrade depends on how you play. If you focus her E, build AD, Trinity... if you focus her Q, build AP and Lich's. She has the tools to get in and out, if you can endure the during, you get to skirt and pick off easy targets after potentially initiating for your team.
