making Zilean Ult actually take prediction and Skill would be fatal because that would mean your ADC can't misposition in the frontline anymore without dying.

I mean, its not like the OP had said in a comment that everything is instakilled anyways.... I mean come on, whoever would dream of having things like instant spell shields, instant turret blocking, instant damage reduction abilities, instant cc breaking abilities, instant untargetable abilities, instant healing abilities.......... Oh my! Lookie there, theres a lot of champions that need to have their NON ULTIMATE ABILITIES EVEN (so can be done pre6) fixed to be more skill reliant just because otherwise they would have to plan before they dive under tower/do whatever they are wanting to do.
