Serious question that I hope I can get an answer too.

Yeah the forums are pretty much the worse place to get an answer, but there has to be someone out there who can answer my question.

My question is simply this. Why should I leash a jungler if more often than not the chances of getting a gank are like almost none?

You just leash jungler once at lvl 1 thats all. You want to leash because if you don't your jgl will lost time and cs and enemy jgl will get fed

Right, but if I leash. I expect at least one appearance. Besides shouldn't jungler gank the side that gets leashed first?

No. Generally the jungler ganks the opposite side first with their lvl 3.

Yes but its all about player and champion. For example I start blue mostly and do once I get lvl 2 E i go and gank toplane most of the time my toplane gets first blood because my E is fear as you know. or if you have champion in jgl which has stun because when you are jgl you get lvl 2 faster then toplane . However many players are trash as we know and trolls so its about player and person who plays
