Am I wrong or does Brand need a buff, Riot please reply!

I'm a 1.5 million mastery Brand Main, they've been playing with brand for months on the PBE but never go through with any of the changes they play with... only ones that made it through were Mana related when you last hit mobs with your passive applied which in no way is relevant to Brand in support role, and even in mid it feels negligible, He needs some love somewhere like some more AP scaling, a new magic pene item, give him some more passive dmg, or make his stun 2 seconds again really a few of those changes combined would help. I think it's pretty ridiculous that he's one of the only champs in the game that relied heavily on rylais/liandrys (nerfed) and DFT (removed) and they didnt give him any quality of life buffs? his win rate has dropped dramatically in the past 6 months ( cause of heal/shield support meta totally countering him, and pretty much every champ in the game can get an advantage on brand that he has no tools to deal with, anyone can just buy the cheapest amount of MR/HP to survive a full spell rotation and win a trade/all in, tenacity from MR boots makes his stun .75 seconds and rylais slow is barely abusable which is a joke against divers/tanks who can just 1 shot brand) and removing DFT was just the last nail in the coffin have totally made this champion unfun to play, pro's dont even play him so what's wrong with giving him a little love? he has plenty of counterplay (just build MR or dodge/flash dash his stun or W and don't stand next to minions or group up when his ult is up). Brand is supposed to be a combo mage teamfight monster but proccing his passive feels too risky and unrewarding his laning phase is mediocre at best his wave clear is bad his roams are bad his poke has been terrible since his passive rework and rylais liandry nerf just saying a mid range immobile mage should have some legitimate payoffs for all those shortcomings. Lol sorry for the rant but its getting to the point that I just want to stop playing the game, really disappointed in riot for not going through with the 100% buff to his passive dot on 6.24b was really looking forward to seeing if it helped I personally didnt think it sounded like enough but it was a good start.
