his winrate has dropped significantly this patch, buff him so he can be played mid viably again

Hahahahyena1 votesthe game needs to get reduce damage, not add more of it, and brand is only damage and if you think buffing anything else on his kit that doesnt put out damage (which is only a stun) would just throw him into support even harder
