Brand can proc arcane comet up to 9x with 1 combo and can proc it 15x in 45 seconds against 4 stacked dummies in practice tool with 40% cdr at level 18 no other champ in the game can do that

Teemo. Orbital strikes from spawn 2 times per shrooms thar are guranteed hit cause you're also slowed. Dont know if it's "abuse" tho as it's clearly meant for champs like him.

Singed Assuming the dot/AoE CDR aspect doesn't stack.

Poison ticks every 0.25 seconds (I believe brand's is every .5 sec), let's say on 4 targets for easy math. That would be a constant 20% CDR every second on the ability meaning that it will trigger between 4sec - 3sec, at all times that 4 enemies are dotted.

but brand E acts as a single target + aoe... and his passive dot and passive proc both lower the cd of arcane comet, brand can proc arcane comet more than any other champ in the game imo. someone prove me wrong

lol brands dot and passive proc both lower its CD also... plus his E Q and R are single target

I use it on MF myself but I'm kinda thinking Brand uses it better.

Anyway in theory... IN THEORY MIND YOU, Azir can proc it better than anyone with max attack speed, since his soldiers count as spell hits. I only tested this on PBE when Comet got the full CD reduction on all types of spells though.

Also, Cass should be able to fire it pretty rapidly still because of her single target spell spam.

ya cassio might take the cake, aoe dots and a spammable single target spell i'll have to test to be sure though... in theory she can proc it more 1v1 but not against a cluster of enemies
