Phase Rush on Immobile ranged mages is useless cause no slow resistance riot please!
Brand Build Guide: Brand with Speed Hacks patch 7.20 by Speed Junky
used to play brand with stormraiders and it was my own unique build and playstyle that ive had for years... other mages like vlad Asol and taliyah who stormraider surge was meta on got screwed too, so no dft no viable mobility for my main makes me sick, buff phase rush to 30-60% and give ranged champs the slow resistance back!!!!
