Not entirely sure what you're looking for by posting this thread, but...
Your average deaths on Vlad are high, but you overall have a good performance on him. If you could focus on not dying as much it would be even better. Just remember: it's usually better to have lower kills and lower deaths than higher kills and higher deaths. That is because if you have a lot of kills and a lot of deaths, that means the enemy team is consistently getting a lot of shut down gold off of you.
Champion mechanics are only a problem in about half of silver-gold I'd say. They typically have poor morale, make many poor macro decisions, bad awareness, etc.
"former platinum player" isn't much of a credential
