Because that's what it is when i join a match just to try out a very expensive off build just to see if it works, or trying trick2g udyr for the first time, or flashing over random walls just to see if i can, trying champs for the first time not even knowing if they are ap or ad, or an infinite number of other BS, it's called trolling.

But sure Riot, ill go join a game and do nothing but wander the map waiting for flash to come up to test what walls can be flashed over, I bet my team will have a great time and wont report me for TROLLING them.

Riot man.... smh

It doesn't matter if you're trolling or not. The only thing rito punishes is "toxicity", which really isn't toxic anymore.

It probably took me 300 games to go from "What? You can flash over walls? How do you do that?" to regularly doing it correctly.

Alright, if you get mad as ANYTHING before level 30, you are a rude stupid person. If you don;t know how flash works before level 30, you are a stupid person. If you are trying some next build- do it in normals, you will probably be alright even if the build doesn't really work and if it does work you will shit on kids. Even if you go AP Draven, tell you team what you are doing, tell them you are going try and hopefully they remember they aren't in ranked.
