Zoe isn't actually Addressed, she still needs to be looked at. Second should ban the champions that are strong against your picks in lane or you feel seem to cost you the most losses.

Apparently others have forgotten too. Even after Zoe got dumpstered, she still has the highest banrate (despite having the lowest winrate) in the game.
