waiting 8 minutes to get autofilled

This has been happening WAY to much and its starting to piss me off. I get into champion select and i get the role i wanted but someone dodges, this happens literally 3 -5 times, finally get into a champion select where no one dodges and i get autofilled. I wait 5 minutes i get the role i want, i wait 8 minutes i get autofilled even though i had the role i wanted the last 5 times i was in champion select. After waiting 8 minutes i really wouldnt mind waiting another 5 minutes just to get the role i wanted, and HAD GOTTEN but someone keeps dodging. I don't mind being filled occasionally, but when im getting autofilled literally every game im not auto filled protected because someone dodges 5 times causing me to lose the role i wanted, thats where it draws the line and is just all out retarded. after being and champion select and people dodging, i easily waited 10+ minutes to get autofilled, im only silver 1 also
