Riot, Soraka doesn't feel right. She has to be abnormally close to do anything, be it heal or even to hit with Starcall. Can we give her some range back now that Grievous Wounds is changing? I'd even be happy with increasing her mana costs if it just means that I don't have to be in melee range to do my job.

Krys Star1 votesAccording to the 6.9 PBE cycle of April 21, Grievous Wounds now reduces ALL healing by 40%. So, yeah, Soraka buffs are expected considering she's been nerfed constantly due to the current state of Grievous Wounds.
Krys Star1 votesGrievous Wounds was manageable last season, as long as you played around it a bit before 6, but that was against Ignite. Then you got Wish, which made it easier. Riot's full of shit by refusing to return that mechanic back onto Wish until assessing her after 6.9 hits.
