@RIO YASUO STANCE?

From what I am reading your stance on Yasuo right now is that he is perfectly balanced and everything is working as intended. He continues to be a lane bully, can spam his dash attack, and block every single attack with his windwall. If you think this champion is balanced than you guys need to evaluate who you have on your balance team. This champion is to powerful early, mid, and late game. He can spam every ability at his disposal, uses the new masteries way to well, and can block everything with his windwall.

You need to look at a couple options. 1) Fix his passive and raise his cooldowns on everything. When I say raise . . . I mean DRASTICALLY raise everything. 2) Raise the cooldown on his dash and then allow ults to be used on him when his windwall is up. The fact that his windwall can block EVERYTHING is just way to powerful. I can see that as an ULT itself . . . . but seriously . . . no one can do anything.

Do you have any plans to nerf or update this champion? To me it seems like you guys don't even care that this champion is SO TOXIC. He is strong way too much through out the game. Either increase his cooldowns, lower his health, or fix his windwall and raise cooldowns on his dash. Seriously. Yasuo is way to powerful early, mid, and late game.

Funny enough, Yasuo's winrate is at its absolute lowest early game, and scales up with time; the exact opposite of a lane bully.

Furthermore, no, not every single attack. There are a reasons why the champions that do counter Yasuo dumpster him so hard.

If he spams his Q too much, he shoves the lane hard. His W, and he starts making bad Wind Wall plays. His E, and he can hurt his own positioning. The only reason why he's spamming his abilities on you is probably because you're allowing him to without punishing his mistakes.

His passive needs fixing, the crit chance part yes, but no need to touch his cooldowns at all. What, are we going to make the Cooldown of his Wind Wall more than 25 seconds at rank 1?

Your second point is just repeating your first, and once again, only projectiles are stopped by his Wind Wall.

Honestly I think you're buying into the Yasuo hype way too hard.
