Fiora Really Isn't an MADC

Carries need sustained damage but she just can't offer that. She has no safety whatsoever without her ultimate, and that restricts her to a very small window of opportunity to output damage, but she outputs a large amount of damage in this short time. This resembles an assassin much more than it does an MADC.

In addition, she relies on her abilities for her safety, much like an assassin, and her damage output against enemy champions is largely from abilities as well (Barring 1v1s and picks).
