Getting real tired of people who only play for themselves in ranked.

Trying to climb out of silver and I feel like I keep getting teammates who won't group, who won't push tower with me when my laner is dead when they're playing jungle. I was playing top lane and my jungler comes in for the last hit with his ult. we get the kill, the minions are pushed to tower. Instead of taking tower with me, he leaves to go clear more camps. That's one example

Playing bot lane. I get 4 manned. Their mid and jungler come bot to 4 man us. Easy for our mid laner to do some decent dmg to their tower with our jungler or go take rift with our jungler etc. Just doing something. Instead they decide to come bot like after the dmg was done. Thats' another example.

Surely someone feels the same? why in silver?

Because (snowballing and getting fed in order to carry) being the best option in ranked isn't a dead meme yet.

I don't mind getting carried because sometimes you have to sit back and get carried. The problem is you have people that play for kills and are successful at doing such, but decide they want to keep killing instead of taking towers. Or you have people that take a tower during laning phase, and well you know they can take another because it's still laning phase. They take tier 2 tower. Instead of helping others with their towers, they keep pushing to tier 3 for example. Then you have roaming supports, mid that decides to follow their laner late instead of taking mid tower etc.

If you're playing toplane all you need to do is play for yourself as well. I don't trust people in my elo or below to make good decisions so all I do is splitpush with the occasional group for mid. Most people in low elo can't deal with a splitpush.

I'm sorry to say, but I believe this attitude is what's holding back silver players. If you take top tower early enough, why not go for rift or mid tower or swap with bot if they're doing bad?

But I get what you're saying. Last game our rammus built full armor against ap varus and brand bot lane. Didn't want to listen to me or my friend and just said "armor is better for me".
