10% free cd from old masteries will be forever missed

i'll miss that 10% free cdr that i used on alot of mages. Riot can you plz buff the cdr runes per lv by 5% to compensate the loss of masteries?

I think you are literally the ONLY one who got 10% from masteries on a mage.
