The remake system needs to just let you remake if someone is AFK for 3 minutes from the start

I don't know why there's weird loopholes like EXP from an execute at fountain, or joining and then leaving at 5 seconds, or whatever happened in my last game to the enemy team, but the remake system (like many of Riot's systems) needs to be upgraded and improved. It's actually embarrassing that these problems can exist in season 9 for a multi billion dollar company.

Personally, I feel like anytime someone has been out of combat for, say, four minutes straight (not counting respawn time), a remake vote should be possible. Prevents all these clever little weasels who think they can just run around warding in base and escape the AFK hammer.
