NASUS rework, i mean can we throw him a bone already

So eh maybe he needs an actual rework

You can tweak him around as much as you like but he will always be this annoying pest in lane you can either dominate or he just ignores you and out scales you

that and he is being held back by wither since he can more or less perma apply it

He can be a pretty annoying doge but he is also rather weak right now

He gains defenses from his ult which is all fine and dandy but we all know how worthwhile defensive stats are in league . . I mean just the other day i was playing rammus in aram vs a bunch of adc's and with my 800 armor i still got 3hit crit to death anyway i think that kind of tells how much armor is actually worth in league

I wouldn't know exactly every change that would need to happen god knows i haven't actually played him in ages I think his passive could use a change maybe his passive could be his new stacking thing where he gains more power but now he can stack everything. his abilities will be changed to allow for better uses and counter play where needed.

Anyway here is what i would do

The P: Soul Eater Nasus gains stacks for killing enemies which empower his abilities, depending on which ability was used to gain the stack. So you can empower all of your normal abilities through stacks, additionally nasus gains as much mana points as he has stacks to help him with ultimate mana consumption. Number of stacks per killed enemy down to 1 increased to 3 vs bigger minions/monsters and 6 for take downs

Siphoning strike would gain damage (doh) and a bonus to the heal. Wither would gain a lingering effect and extended range Spirit fire would gain increased damage, duration and at each X stack intervals an additional on touch slow ** The Q: Siphoning strike** Pretty much the same, but more like Yorick Q extending his range a bit and having an on attack heal. yes it aint original, looking at you mr yorick we all know who was whacking people first !!

**The W: Wither ** will now be a drain kind of spell where you target an enemy and drain health & resources and slow their movement and attack speed over time, while draining you cannot attack or cast, attacking or casting cancels the wither effect It would be like a channeled tether. Something Nasus can use to deal with ranged pests

The E: Spirit fire Now creates a wall of spirit flames, which applies the grounded debuff to targets who enter it and lowers their armor as long as they are inside the wall of flames. Stepping into the wall of flames or letting it touch you slows you once by 75% for 0.25 can be more often with stacks has a 1 second cool down. Takes about 0.75 seconds to extend to it's max range and deals bonus damage on initial cast, pretty similar to how ti works right now

The R: Fury of the Sands make it cost mana per second and also the cool down would be lower. Have it buff him differently, Like increased healing, tenacity, damage reduction and some amplified abilities And ofc the aoe aura which would just deal damage i guess.

As for the amplified abilities

Siphoning Strike would gain more range and deal damage beyond the first target though reduced for each additional target still applies on hit effects though. Wither would instead expand the storm surrounding him greatly and apply it's effects to all within Spirit fire now erupts all around Nasus in a large ring instantly instead and deals bonus damage to targets hit by the initial cast

Ult gives a lot of power but is managated use it wisely your enemy can decide not to fight and you cannot keep it up forever. However if you can manage to get into the thick of things you can surround your enemies with a wall of fire and unleash your draining storm as you cane them to pieces

He will not be someone you want to stay close too for a long time kinda like illaoi but not with like 3k aoe burst by pressing the skill button ** Reasoning for the changes**

The idea behind this is simple modernize his kit a bit and make him less binary, now he has more tools to deal with ranged and mobile enemies. His ultimate makes him really strong and gives him potent team fight No more condemned to spamming Q to farm for like 40 minutes, you can help your team and gain stacks too Gain more power on your abilities the way you see fit. want a stronger Q farm with it, want stronger W farm with it want stronger E farm with it

I don't dislike it. I wish there was more to do against him than "bring olaf or just hope to tank better than him lategame because you're a tank and can't do shit to him post half an item."

Yea he is too binary, and lack the tools for current league, if he is too strong he would be awful to play against

And even if he was 100 times as tanky he would still be useless in fights since he will never reach the carries, like ever

Any buff to his stats will only result in an annoying experience for his lane opponent, at best he becomes too strong at split pushing. You can't really outplay him since he is mostly stats. So he will be too strong or too weak but never any good outside of split pushing

yeah that's the thing. for someone who supposedly scales so late, all his power is actually in the early to mid game, his late is just awful like most uber kiteable juggernauts unless the enemy is potatoes.
