Who is the head of the balance changes?

Honestly WHO the fuck is in charge of allowing balance changes to go through? whoever it is, even if its a collective group of people, needs to be fired. legit FIRED and replaced with more competent members. the game has had stupidly insane power creeping since the start of season 5 and its showing no signs of ending in season 6.

got pure love taps and is still insane. was PERFECTLY fine/balanced but some clown decided to "buff" him and now he is a broken perma banned piece of shit that can solo baron the instant it spawns. completely broken. shits on entire teams now. went from being useless to being god tier in 1 patch. a clear example that no one knows what they are doing on the balance team. lets give every assassin a portable zed ult on top of whatever other kind of ult they have. should be fine and wont break any particular champ

and this doesnt even scratch the tip of the iceberg. this is getting very sickening what you guys are doing to the game.
