Stats Modifiers and Adaptive Stats
I'll keep this short because I have brought this up back in PBE when adaptive stats were first being tested but wasn't seen. Sadly since returning it seems to still have not been addressed.
Adaptive stats should consider Dark seal/Mejai Soulstealer/Consumables/SpellBinder/Deathcap/Archangel AP increases even if the AD is higher than the base amount.
I will also say I mostly only done testing for everything but deathcap/archangel, I only listed those just in case they also work the same but have not tested them as thoroughly. But when the base item AP is lower than the base item AD even if with ap bonuses from them are higher than the AD it will still convert adaptive stats to AD.
Example, Dark seal/mejai has a moderate amount of stacks on it to go above tiamat's AD. But adaptive will still convert to AD because tiamat has more AD than dark seal/mejai.
Someone has a borderline amount of stats end game between ad+ap and buys a consumable to tip the scale of which side they want more of but it's not counted thus stuck with more less favorable adaptive stats.
As said I have yet to thoroughly test deathcap but if adaptive converts to AP has a larger bonus than converting to AD, feel it should logically convert to AP instead of the bonus multiplier from deathcap to count. And I have yet to begin testing archangels but as said earlier it was included just in case it also functions like the rest of AP modifiers which aren't included into adaptive stat's conversion.
As for the AD side just in case conqeror/muramana/sterak's gage should also be considered in conversion.
Lastly on a side note, just in case it isn't already, champion abilities/passives should not count towards the conversion albeit would be extremely rare cases where it would mess up the user in case of barely having items but a dark seal and janna's sheild is ranked enough to give more AD than dark seal's base AP. or wanting to swap from AP->AD with barely enough AD but trundle/tryn keep making your conversion swap to AP.
