No chest for S-Rank

I got an S-Rank on this game on Karma. While I did lose the game, I read on the site that the only requirement for getting a chest was having someone in the premade party ( I was playing with a friend and I got an S-Rank) get an S and owning the champion, which I do.

Can someone explain to me what's keeping me from my free loot? Thanks.

Did you already get a Chest while playing as Karma before? Do you have available chest (check your profile and see if any of the chest is highlighted)

Here are the full chest requirements:

WHY AM I NOT EARNING CHESTS? There are a few reasons you might not earn a chest:

If you're playing a champion you don't own, you can't earn a chest.
If you do earn an S rank on a champion you don't own, allies in your premade group may still earn a chest through your achievement.
You may have already earned a chest with the champion you're playing. You can see which champions you've earned chests with by hovering over their portraits in the Champions tab of your profile. When you earn a chest through a premade ally's S rank, the chest counts as though you earned it on the champion you played in that game.
You may have reached the chest limit for the week. Your profile has four chest slots, and once you've filled them up you must wait until another chest becomes available. One chest slot opens up per week; you can see how many more days you'll have to wait in your profile.
You can't earn a chest in a game if you leave that game.
You may have been punished by a behavior system recently, meaning you won't be able to earn rewards from Hextech Crafting. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207884233-Hextech-Crafting-Guide

I own Karma.
I have never gotten a chest with Karma
I have never gotten an S Rank since Hextech (havent played much) so I got excited when I did get the S Rank.
I did not leave the game and I have never been punished by Rito before (I try to be gud).

I've sent a ticket to Riot. If they can't do anything about it, welp. It's only a minor detail and I'm only losing out on a shard/essence, so all's good.
