He has been hidden OP since release, and as soon as the player base finds out he will be at the 96% pickban, so i suggest we nerf him in advance incase some1 plays him in LCS.

When I'm laning as Galio and I use my Q three times in a ten minute period and then observe my empty mana bar, I just lean back in my chair and wonder out loud why this overloaded freak is allowed to exist. And don't get me started on all that mobility built right into his kit, he's practically whipping through the jungle on that nearly negligible speed boost on his long CD W. I mean come on, he can use his mobility to go from one corner of the map to the other while only having to back to restore MP twice. Broken as hell champion. If all five people that actually main Galio ever met in real life, you could legally call the police to report them as a cult dedicated to the goddess "freelo". And you can damn well bet the punch there is going to be lined with a highly toxic substance.
