Total Cost: 2800g Sells for: 1960g Recipe: Spectre's Cowl + Negatron Cloak + 880g +300 Health +70 Magic Resist +100% Base Health Regeneration +10% Cooldown Reduction UNIQUE Passive: Taking magic damage from a spell or effect reduces all subsequent magic damage taken from that spell or effect by 15% for 5 seconds.

Because mages really need to get nerfed right? RIP

It could be another pushing item for and though. The new items and changes to old items will make pushing tank/bruisers very strong I guess.

Last but not least, I hope this isn't the final name of the item, because it's the least imaginative name I have ever seen in the game.

I actually don't think that it's that big of a problem for most of those champions.

Cass wants to Q her target before the E spam, and the ability that gets reduced damage for 5 seconds will be her Q, not her main damage ability.

unless there's a built in hidden cooldown to the item, hitting the E should trigger the effect again as well

Na, it effects every spell individually. Cass gets destroyed by it, only the first tick of Q, first tick of W, first E and her ult deal full damage. Everything else gets reduced.

I wouldn't be surprised if it goes live like it is TBH.

The important thing to remember is that unless you decided it was a good idea to run AP DPS in every role (which is actually possible, but you really shouldn't) you're not going to see it on every enemy. The enemy tank will buy it and it will make them hard for Cassio to kill, which is actually fair, the lack of tank items to deal with Cassio right now is kind of terrible. She'll still be able to deal damage to the 3-4 champs in the game who don't have this and even VS the champs with it she could still kite and DPS, it's just significantly harder.

And the gargoyle thing is fine? It's basically a HI IM GAREN GUESS WHO ISN'T DYING EVER. I'd honestly buy it every game and never use the active unless I was running away. It would wait never mind i want this item so I can be immortal as Rengar ignore me AND GA GIVES AD YES
