the pop up is annoying

and players in my games keep spamming surrender EVEN THOUGH there is already a time limit between them

I actually won't vote on surrender until I'm certain the game can't be won. Usually will vote after a team fight happens (yes if we lost, no if we won.)

I usually play with IRL friends, so I usually hit "yes" if it's clear when at 3 people don't want to carry on, since we play on a pretty casual level and just want to have fun.
