Where are Nunu buffs?

Nunu has the lowest winrate in two positions currently. Top and Support. I know his jungling isn't bad, and he gets oppressive if he is "good" in the jungle, but a buff to his laning in some way couldn't hurt.

Maybe additional effects for eating a Melee/Caster/Cannon/Super minion?

Or maybe make his W and aura that works on minions for a diminished effect? (say maybe a 5%-10% Attack Speed increase, duration scaling with level)

Even his E could use a buff. Maybe make it do a little damage to enemies near the target, kinda like Tristana's E passive except it doesn't need to kill the target. (on second thought, this is a jungle buff too)

I just feel like he's being a bit forgotten and I don't even play Nunu.
