I see these pbe updates every day with more and more buffs to champions that are already strong or lcs/worlds tier in terms of performance and zilch for Yi. Is Master Yi that much of a problem in bronze and silver that he doesn't get any compensation for the loss of runes/masteries that several stronger champions are getting?
Yi scales with total AD, so he doesn't get compensated. Same with Illaoi and Darius.
Also it isn't that Yi is a problem in bronze and silver, it's that if simple champs are equally as viable as complex champs it invalidates the complex ones.
You can't have skill cap variance without viability variance. Those things are mutually inclusive.
Give Yi back his 100 percent reset on Q, Just one simple buff that can make a world of a difference. Crit yi actually becomes viable again.... see old video of season 3 yi with 100 percent reset on Q instead of the 70 percent we currently have https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eQAlqQxvlu8
