I'm not a big fan of the "guaranteed crit" concept
I mean, the point of a critical strike is to deal hella bonus damage randomly, and building it sacrifices some bonus damage for a higher chance of this happening. Sure there's champions like Shaco and Pantheon who have had guaranteed crits, but they usually came with a downside. Shaco is squishy, and he has to get in the enemy's face to get the crit off, , as well as using his only escape to activate it. Pantheon is only guaranteed to crit you when you are below 15% health. Then there's Ashe, who's crits don't deal additional damage but apply a slow. We also have Yasuo and Tryndamere, but they still need a few items before their crits became "guaranteed". These were all fine in my opinion, but I feel like Riot's gotten a little out of hand with the concept. Now with champions like Jhin, Win Nhao and Fiora getting a guaranteed critical strike on their abilities, it just doesn't really seem fair, since Xin and Fiora can go full damage and still get off crits, and Jhin gets more AD based off of his crit chance.
