No, they are not. They weren't popular before "more and more damage on items". Look, wanna know what's wrong ? The fact that you can stack 648464684 items on a single AA. Here let's watch : 200 physical damage at level 18 280 (crit) magic damage at level 18 let's say you have 300 AD = 180 more damage (and I didn't add the crit chance from shiv) 200% more damage on your next AA Add electrocute / predator / dark harvest to this (don't have exact numbers but it might be around 300 more damage) and see how broken it makes a single auto attack

That's near 600 damage from items only, shafted into a single AA. These champs aren't broken, it's the fact that everything is stacked on an AA that people can't dodge. Make each empowered AA a unique passive, even following one after all (for instance, first AA proccs , next AA procs etc...)

Champions are only strong because of items anyway so it's totally valid to say a champion is OP because they can abuse certain items better than every other champion.

In most cases you wont generally stack many of them. Trinity costs too much, the others arent exactly cheap, and someone like wukong really needs to build some form of HP/resists as the game goes on.

quinn is broken because of roaming and even if you build normal crit items she will deal a lot of dmg too same as wukong they dont even need those items to be op i mean if you take on quinn botrk pd ie blood thister and lord dominiks she will deal a lot of dmg at least on 3 hits or 2 specially if you take also and static shiv and got 100% crit or wukong with hydra and yommus and black leaver and lord dominiks and another one ad item can be strong too and those 2 champions got nice roam and ganks they really deserve nerfs in my opinion but riot is still buffing them like wukong got buff on q armor penetration and quinn got w buffs and ulti i think riot should think very serious to revert quinn and bring back old quinn as a marksman

What would reverting Quinn to old Quinn do?

Anyway, I'm not sure about slowly nerfing Quinn and reverting buffs slowly(once they do several buffs, tho I hate seeing that they are broken and knowing people will know 4 or more patches down the line) once they see a growth of 5-10% pick rate of a champ that they didn't spotlight recently.

Stacking crit items on Quinn is a literal waste of gold. All of her damage has bonus AD scaling, making raw AD + lethality/armor penetration far more effective for less cost, the exceptions being the on-hit crit items like Shiv.

i miss paragon, you could dodge AAs in that game. better game than league and they shaft it for fortnite. complete shills.
