A way to fix the jungle

Step 1: Revert the last set of jungle changes or two

Step 2: Slightly nerf the base exp, so that the first camp doesn't give you Lv2, but a wolf pup or raptor chick does so your clear doesn't really suffer

Step 3: Have the jungle Exp scale ever so slightly higher

Step 4: Increase the amount of shared EXP so bot lane isn't so far behind the curve

This way you aren't level 2 as people are literally walking into lane. You can still get a level advantage gank but you have to be fast.

I was surprised when I was first learning to jungle back in S4 that level 2 ganks were uncommon, it always seemed like a good idea...
