50% from Nashors -> +25 more AP. 70% from Rageblade -> +35 more AP. 40% from Hurricane -> +20 more AP. 30% attack speed in Runes/Masteries -> 15 more AP.
Given the 20 base, the item would give 115 AP. It would be a huge stat stick item that also acts as a magical DPS Bloodthirster.

This passive alone will give Diana 95 AP so adding it together would make 115 AP causing the same exact issue as stated by airkingneo and she is the only other champ I can think of that would actually build this item

I would think that the shielding passive would work on azir because his soldiers count as am auto attack however the 15 damage would not work air would also gain cdr and a good amount of ap when combined with nashor tooth.
Another good combo would be Kassadin because his autos always deal magic damage and his e would actually give him a really big shield.
Any champion that uses lichbane this could also be a good synergy with.
Then you have ezreal corki and kog maw which could potentially break this item.
I like it though. Diana could really use an item like this.

Yes it is, I kind of strung words together poorly. I wanted it to read "[auto attack] damage + [auto] reset" As in it buffs his auto damage with additional magic damage + can reset his auto.

His w auto's are spells on purpose, unless you just break rules it won't work.

Also if Akali buys this item and she Qs someone does the damage dealt by the q apply the shield? And does it also apply to her passive as well? And if she buys lich ban and she Qs, and AA's someone would she get the shield from the lich bane proc, Q proc AND passive proc?
What if I buy this on corki, whom's autoes deal 80% MD does he become a juggernaut because I bought this and and . How would it work with DOT MD AA damage like 
's AAs. Or what about Kayles AOE MD AA damage? Does the shield have a cap? Is it champions only? Does it work on minions?

Sire Hippington1 votesI like it, but the shield passive needs to be melee only or atleast cut in half for ranged, don't want to see a kogmaw or kayle with that item beeing immortal.
Only issue is that there are not really any as-focused ap bruisers left exept for diana. Fizz no longer has an ap-scaleing on-hit that promotes AS, cho probably is less as afine with the current changes and never gets that much as, Kassa doesn't have that great on-hit since S4, elise theoretically has the on-hit dps, but a hard time useing it, ap-xin got gutted in the devourer/guinsoo's days, and AP skarner has been destroyed with his first rework. So melee only would mean it has hardly any champs that use it.

Diana is an ap assassin, not a bruiser.
Bruiser is someone that deals dps damage over a long period of time (with limited burst) while being tanky, singed is an ap bruiser, swain is an ap bruiser, diana is NOT an ap bruiser since she builds ap and 100-0's ppl.
