can you report a smurf for ruining your ranked game ?

The Kîng2 votesIt shouldn't be allowed but it is.
The Ideal of smurfing allows high ranking players to ruin lower elo games for their own enjoyment or pub stomp because they can. Its a terrible thing that people should get punished for as it can potentially ruin some peoples motivation for playing ranked if they keep running into plat elo nerds while they are in bronze.
archerno11 votesNo. Smurfing is allowed.
StanleyuUcH1 votesno
A Nunu1 votesSmurfing is allowed. You can't. Unless the smurf is actually breaking the rules (like going disco Nunu down mid cough) then you can report him.
