NONE of the new runes benefit jhin in any meaningful way.

Electrocute is godly on Jhin. Ravenous Hunger. Taste of Blood all benefit him (Taste is especially potent, because of Jhin's insane AD scaling). Gathering Storm is also strong, as is Press the Attack (3 autos, then use skills while they are vulnerable, for an insane 4th hit damage, + boosted grenades, ults, etc.

I dunno what you're trying, but Jhin as a lot of viable damage/sustain in the runes.

Press the Attack, Fleet Foot, Phase Rush, Gathering Storm like the guy mentioned before me, Electrocute like the guy mentioned before me...that's just off the top of my head.

just because you can use those on him does not mean they are strong on him. he has to get something compared to nothing after all.

lets put it this way, ALL of the other ADCs benefit a ton more from the precision or even domination tree than jhin does. jhins winrate is miserable atm.
