People don't understand price of ability versus strength of ability

victors doesn't stun instant, it stuns for a lower duration, it doesn't grant a huge shield, it has less range and they have totally different kits!

They really don't at all

Victor and Ekko both have skills shots that deal damage twice. Ekkos is much slower arcing than Victors.

They both can sheild themselves. Ekkos takes way longer to trigger and Victor is an ability.

They both have a skill that makes their next auto attack deal ap damage.

They both drop zones that stun.

Their ults and ekkos ability to dive are the only difference.
