I don't feel like that's needed since there are so many tanky items with CDR on them already, its easy to hit the CDR cap. 20% CDR item 3025 item 3110 item 3071
10% CDR item 3083 item 3065 item 3190 item 3056

Plus depending on which bruiser you're using, these could also be acceptable purchases item 3142 item 3812 item 3152 item 3001 item 3158

There is no item in the game that provides 30% CDR, and there never should be. It's way too much to put on any one item. If you want CDR on bruisers, you have item 3025 item 3083 item 3071 item 3065 item 3078 item 3812 item 3110 and item 3190

i dont think its necessary though. there are a lot of cdr options for bruisers actually.

a 30% cdr item would probably feel like a waste and hinder you in your build options more than it helps. for example when youre building a 30% cdr item, youd waste gold on the extra cdr on item 3071
