if anyone has seen lytes 30 minute talk video about toxicity in online games(dont have the link)

why are players with chat and ranked restrictions never given an email with proof of what they did wrong and where they were reported?

this time around Im just to lazy to play the games and dont care enough to send a support ticket and argue with riots automated responses about player behavior for what I believe to be a third unfair punishment

but Id probably be alot more likely (or accepting) if they actually had full game chat logs emailed to me explaining which games I got reported and punished for

I only say this because in lytes talk he talks about how clarity is the key to solving toxcitiy , make it clear to players what and when they are doing wrong ect and show them the evidence, however with automated punishments there is no clarity, you could get reported and never get warnings and BOOM three or four days later punished for saying "please report X afk thanks" in the post game lobby (not even in game)

the only way to get your logs (and you dont even know if they are recent games or old old games because they never show you what date the game was played on) is through a support ticket. I aint saying the automated system is the worst thing, but these automated punishments need to stop, every case should have human input to look at context/scores/builds/ect before punishing anyone

the old tribunal system was perfect, but lyte said it was to slow.

so I dont know why they just didnt make the tribunal better (IE add more cases you can vote on per day, or what I wanted was a tribunal where youd get grouped with random people (like a jury) and discuss several cases before deciding what punishment they should get, (might be slow but itd be interesting to discuss cases with other players) for example I if i saw a case where somebody was reported for being toxic for saying "stop feeding bot sigh" Id let that pass because no foul words are involved and I generally dont play bot and if I do I see that alot if I do badly and never take offense, however others might take offense and want to punish them for that

TLDR: riot wheres the clarity in automated punishments I literally can only assume its from the few games like 5+ days ago where I was troll reported but I wouldnt know because I have no clarity

like what rule did I break? offensive language/ negative attitude? / verbal abuse? all three?

you just label me as as "toxic" and slap some ranked restrictions and chat restrictions without telling me why ( the last warning i got prior to this was over 2 months ago and I asked about it and it was said to be a warning caused from a series of troll reports and was told it wouldnt effect my account standing)
