When we are going to finally speak about matchmaking riot ?

i just played a game and i had a Gold4 Jungler VS plat4 jungler on enemy team. he wasnt smurf he had 49% winrate no high mmr nothing . that is not 1 division diffrence gold4 and plat4 is a whole league diffrence . this is not even funny . like WHY ? im not raging or ranting or anything i just want to know WHY ? in high elo i kinda can understand why D1 player is in challenger game because of low population there but in plat and lower i really cannot understand why these things happens ?

I played my promo to gold (on this account) against high gold/low plats last season. They don't want a silver 1 in their game, I don't want to be in their game either. It's not that I am a handicap, i can hold my own.

I just don't see the reason why promos, a part of the rank system, has to purely use MMR for matchmaking. The gatekeeper to x division/league shouldn't be an entire tier above where you would end up.
