Something To Try Next One for All: Braum

So, couldn't if there are 5 Braums, if they constantly jump between one another giving each other bonus armor and magic resist that scales with bonus armor and magic resist, couldn't they potentially gain infinite armor and magic resist?

Not really since the bonus scales off of a percent of his own armor & magic resist; so there would be a hard cap just from item space. I'd still try it though for amusement!

the buff only stacks once and only refreshes when reapplied.

So they couldn't form a circle and have one Braum jump to another Braum, then that one to another one, and that to another one, and then that one to another one, and that one to the original?

Nope.

Not sure how it functions in one for all, but the buff won't stack more than once i think.

Ok, but to make sure you know what I am talking about:

Braum with 100 bonus armor and magic resist jumps to Braum #2 with the same Braum #2 then gains 41 bonus armor and magic resist, making him have 141 bonus armor and magic resist Braum #2 jumps to Braum #3, giving him 45 bonus armor and magic resist for a total of 145 bonus armor and magic resist Braum #3 jumps to Braum #4, giving him 48 bonus armor and magic resist for a total of 148 bonus armor and magic resist This continues on, each slowly increasing the next's bonus armor and magic resist and therefore increasing the scaling of the W's bonus armor and magic resist without having to stack the buff. They simply each get one stack of the W buff that increases their bonus armor and magic resist and therefore the bonus armor and magic resist they would give with their own W.

Then one of them buys an iceborn, autos a minion and turns the map into a tundra.

hmm.. try it out when it's up again.

but i don't think the bonus MR and Armor from the Buff will affect further stacks.

I think they aren't talking about stacking the buff; they're talking about the fact that it scales with your armor and MR, which is increased by it. So technically you could jump to a Braum, increasing their armor and MR, and that Braum could jump to another Braum, and the bonus would increase exponentially from there.

the bigger MR and Armor comes from the buff.

so if the buff doesn't stack you won't get any additional Armor and MR.

i don't think the bonus that the buff itself granted will affect additional stacks.

What I mean is... Braum casts it on one Braum, that Braum now has higher armor and MR. So when he casts it on another Braum, the armor and MR THAT Braum gets will be stronger. It has nothing to do with stacking the buff

I would think it would work this way unless Riot special-cased it to not consider bonus resistances from temporary buffs

i know, but i think this

not consider bonus resistances from temporary buffs

is actually a thing. Not sure actually.

It would be a really fun game of leapfrog, I'll tell you that much. Not sure about the armor and magic resist buffs though.

Sounds like a recipie for a giant stalemate.
