Another way to buff it is to have the transformation item 3252 into item 3134 requiring only 3 large monsters (instead of 4) from enemy jg. There are only 3 large monsters per jg quadrant, unless Rift Scuttler counts in the river, which I believe is considered neutral? With the removal of Tracker's Knife, are Lethality junglers more willing to counter jg than pre-8.4?

Or what if getting champion takedowns also counted towards the 4 stacks?
