Riot how the teemo are you trying to balance this game ?!
Dear Riot,
I don't understand it everyone with good senses and good cognitive capacities knows that the snowball issue is primarly due to : High damage, Low turret protective and defensive capacities and first blood turret.
Why trying to balance things by cutting mobility ? Like nerfing tp ?
If everyone now takes tp it is because of the changes you made.
It won't solve the issue and top laners will feel in an even worse state...
Seriously if you really want to solve snowball :
buffing damage to make every class equal in terms of damage capacities, Nerfing Tp and mobility, adding useless junglers objectives to delay first gank Those will not solve the issue... on the contrary those will add new problems to the actual list you have...
We don't want fast and flashy plays... Even people accustomed to watch LCS for years are saying that pro playing in high competition is getting boring...
Please don't try to avoid the problem by trying alternative solution because you want to keep the actual damage... As we say fight fire with fire !
Stop with the shrooms and fix the game.
