i actually feel bad for beginners in league.
trying to level my new account and learn new champs when all these smurfs do is take their best champs and buy a skin and tryhard their asses off. now i get why people hate these types of smurfs, so sad.

The worst part is that when the beginners do poorly, the smurfs flame at them and say they suck. And then when they win, they say "ez"

When I start learning a new champion, I start by researching the possible builds and trying them out against the AI. LoL is and never was for the faint of heart. It requires time and investment because you're not playing against the computer (except to learn). The good players get better because they spend the time to do so.
I love LoL because it provides an even playing field every match. The best players generally win. The time invested is in learning the game, not leveling up to gain an advantage.
Rather than complaining about the game, the time would be better spent learning it.
They're not complaining about the game. They're complaining about the people that purposefully subvert the system you just described.

I can see what you are trying to say here but you are wrong.
People don't remember what it is like learning to play LoL. Learning roles, lanes, objectives, champions, last hitting, summoner spells, champion abilities, items, managing mana, warding, and everything under the sun.....is NOT easy.
Playing against people who know even half of those mechanics and gameplay have a HUGE advantage over someone that does not.
-No one learns by getting their butt's kicked from a Fizz who can dodge all your spells/attacks.
-No one learns anything from getting ganked by a Evelynn that they never saw coming.
-No one learns anything from playing against a lane opponent that kills them the second they show up to lane.
Smurfs are awful to play against for new players. It doesn't help them get better. It just makes them frustrated and not want to play.

Trying to get a middle schooler to perform calculus when they don't even understand geometry serves as a similar metaphor here.
Smurfs that go all out teach new players nothing because of the sheer difference in skill level. This is why I go easy when smurfing, punish newbie mistakes in a manner that they can learn to not do it again, instead of just destroying them. I have destroyed before, and it just feels so damn awful because I know they never had a chance ;~;
i first picked fiora once vs a heal ignite garen and i felt so bad after the first kill. he had no idea what he was doing and kept ulting me at full hp. ileft the lane lol and ganked the smurfs.
Hence why I believe out of the so called 30+ million lol players, probably more or less half are smurfs. Heck I even smurf myself when I play with my buddies since they're on a different region, difference is I don't tryhard since my palls will learn jack shit and won't have fun having me carry them every game, they've got to learn to carry as well.
Thus I deliberately play champs I suck at and with reduced runes/masteries when I smurf and if I feel I'm having to big an impact I might give the opposing team a kill. Thus it becomes a learning experience for me as well. I believe my friends have alot more fun this way and the opposing team, my friends will have a chance to carry and the opposing team will actually have a decent chance of winning.
However, if I noticed someone else on the opposing team tryhard smurfing, I will roam and gimp that person all game and drink their tears.

I understand what you're saying. If it were that bad, no one would play the game though. We all learned the game.
Learning a FPS is even worse because you're at a disadvantage until you level up your abilities. You could be playing people who know the game better and have item advantages. CoD's not a bad game, but it's a lose to learn game that's far worse than LoL. MMOs are even worse.
As for LoL, you can play safe and not feed in almost any match up. Even if you don't know the match ups, you should understand the map and objectives. I learned what the dragon does, the baron does, how smite works, yellow trinket is useless when you get sightstone, etc. That's not champion specific and should be some of first things people learn. I can accept that not everyone knows all the champs. Not knowing the fundamentals of the game is unforgivable though.
As I said, it's a competitive game where everyone starts on the same level. I (We) spent the time to the learn the game. I have little sympathy for people that would rather complain than learn the game too.
Riot could create a better tutorial system. As I said at the top, if the game and community were as bad as these posts claim, no one would play though. That doesn't seem to be the case.
What's really funny is if you're on your main champion in your preferred role in a low level game, if you can't carry it you're no higher than Silver.
first timed kogmaw mid, had no idea what the champ does, went vs a team full of smurfs who had skins for all at level 10 and were taking drgs and barons and shitting on my beginner teammates. i couldnt care less that we lost but its pathetic to stoop so low as to do that to newplayers.
Yeah like, if youre gonna smurf for whatever reason, at least dont play your main/ some utterly broken champ, its not fun for anyone.
I find there are some good exceptions to that rule, like when a low level guy on the enemy team is raging at his allies in all chat and then challenges you to a 1v1 when you call him out on it.
But yeah, tryharding on a low level account is just wrong on so many levels in a regular situation.
That one death was to get her as the villain, I'm guessing. If so, it truly was Justice.
I died to her twice, and that was long before the juggernaut update.
Range vs melee, and you won.
Sweet, sweet justice.

What if you tryhard on another smurfs(You can tell there smurfs by looking at thier cs)
The salty Fizz smurf comes to mind. Flaming beginner players when they don't understand what's happening and don't help him. It's really a pathetic existence.
As big as a problem this is, it is mostly low silver and bronze players that can't really do much. When I have used a low level account, I smash on these people that call themselves smurfs. When I do play low level though, I try to help out the players on my team to understand builds and stuff. Riot is looking into how they can fix beginner level smurf accounts atm tho. I like to play on my lower level accounts sometimes to just chill out and farm the lane mostly. Making flashy plays against level 10-29 isn't that fun tbh.
Wat, people buy skins on surf accounts? :o But yeah, I've seen some angry players while on my smurf.
I enjoy playing with my beginner friends and being placed with other beginners. Doesn't quite relate to this as usually it's other newer players flaming, but I like to help cheer up some of the people falling victim to the flame. Had a lux one game that was just getting flamed by our adc because she was playing poorly due to lag as she said. It got to the point where she just stayed in the fountain. Going afk is wrong in any circumstance, but I remember how it felt. I told her to just come help me out, and we grabbed some kills and won the game. After the game she joined us for a few more, and I felt good about what I did.
You could call me a tryhard myself, but I'm not an asshole about it. If I am playing some bullshit champion like riven, I'm not going to just go insane on some level 12 player. Played against a yasuo once and got two kills on him early. I didn't want him to think of me in the way described in the post, so we just farmed with each other and had a fun game. Afterwards we added each other and played some games. It's just a lot harder to make friends being in bronze, and I feel like as many people as there are that flame pre-level 30, there's a lot more that are just new and playing to have fun.

I disagree. If your lag is that terrible, I'd rather 4v5 than 5v5 with someone who can only feed, that is worse than useless.
I agree with what Jerk said. In fact, here's a video that goes even further to expand upon that:
That's because you have high MMR BECAUSE YOU ARE A SMURF TOO. New players will be playing with scrubs within 10 games, just like if you fail all your placement matches in ranked.
That's a good point but there aren't to many smurfs I hope playing low levels.
trust me, they are fucking everywhere. 9/10 games ive played have had 3 or more smurfs. i shit u not.
I just started a smurf and fortunately I havent had to face a legit newb in my lane. its not fun in any shape when you're completly ruining someones day when they dont know why they are losing at all. like dont get me wrong, im dumping on other smurfs and you can tell who isn't top tier so why punish them for not having as much skill or experience in this game. its cruel if anything.
btw, my new account is Denim777. example a of being almost an asshole but not exactly
i feel pity
It's sad to be honest. The funniest part is when making a new account riot asks "Are you new to Moba's or no?" Who the hell would say no? Just let the people play, there should also be some sort of report for normals like how there is "Unskilled player" there should be some sort of report that says "Smurf/Too good" so that players who are new can actually report players who smurf and make Riot raise their MMR so they face higher tier players at a lower level. This way people will think twice before making a new account so that they can stomp everyone.
